Marini’s relies on UPS for all our shipping needs. During the months of January, February, March, April, September, October and November, we only send orders out on Mondays and Wednesdays. Orders placed on Wednesdays after 11 AM Pacific Standard Time will be processed the following Monday. Please allow 1-2 business days for all ground and second day air orders to be processed.

• We offer both ground and second day air options for most items.
• Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is ONLY available through UPS 2nd Day Air.
• We cannot be responsible for delayed deliveries that are out of our control, such as natural disasters, heavy holiday shipping or incomplete or incorrect delivery information that was provided to us by the customer.
• UPS will deliver the package to the delivery address without signature unless the driver determines that the location is not secure. In other words, they may not leave packages outside a locked apartment building, unless prior arrangements were made.
• PO Box delivery customers should contact us by phone to discuss delivery options.
• To ensure premier freshness, all caramel and candy apples MUST be delivered via second day air outside of California.

Due to health and safety concerns, all edible products cannot be returned. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your product, please let us know.

Due to uncontrollable weather conditions, we cannot ship our delicious hand dipped chocolates, fudge or chocolate covered caramel apples to the following states during the warm weather period: AZ, NM, TX, OK, AR, LA, MS, AL, TN, GA, FL, SC, NC, KY, VA, WV, MD, DE, OH, PA, NJ, NY, CT, RI, MA, VT, NH, and ME. This warm weather window is from June 1st to September 30th.
