Marini’s has two locations at the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk; our original location where the business began back in 1915, and a second location down the way just adjacent to the Giant Dipper Roller Coaster.

At our main Boardwalk location, customers get an inside look into the manufacturing of our renowned salt water taffy. Here you can watch the process from start to finish as the taffy cooks, cools, pulls, and finally is wrapped in our antique Model K Taffy Wrapper purchased in 1921 by our founder Victor A. Marini. Generations of customers are mesmerized every year by our taffy puller, and also enjoy watching our very own chocolate dippers as they make our assorted nut clusters, turtles, English toffee and chocolate barks.
